Legs For Life® is a national screening program for peripheral arterial disease (PAD), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), carotid/stroke and venous disease. The program is a community health and public information program founded in 1997 by the Society of Interventional Radiology.
Registered Sites: Please note that Legs For Life is an online-based program for Society of Interventional Radiology members only. Once registered, a site representative will gain access (via username and password) to customizable, downloadable PDFs of the forms for PAD, AAA, carotid/stroke and venous disease. Purchased kits with already printed forms are no longer available.
